Avoid sugar. Sugar is one of the most ageing foods we eat. Over-consumption can lead to insulin resistance and diabetes and deformed molecules in our bodies, appropriately named AGEs (see Gylcation below). Research shows that the most effective diet for prolonging life is a high nutrient, calorierestricted diet.
Exercise
Countless studies have confirmed the disease-preventing, anti-ageing benefits of regular exercise. Particularly effective for anti-ageing is interval training - short bursts of intense exercise with short periods of recovery.
